Faculty and Staff Printing
Spartan Printing uses the “My Order Desk” application suite to help manage your print jobs. By using this software, you can easily submit your jobs online, reorder prior jobs, and select applicable printing options. If you have never used our application, please create a new account below and follow the “Setting up your Departmental Account” instructions. If you already have an account, please login to submit an order. Banner fund information will be collected at checkout. Thank you!
Setting Up Your Departmental Account
- Click on the link above to set-up your password and contact information.
- Click on the Send Files and Orders tab at the top.
- Select the order form Enter Your Department Name.
- Fill in the field with your department name and click Send. You will receive an email notification that you sent it.
- You will receive another email to notify you when you can place orders online.
- You can place orders by clicking on the Send Files and Orders tab and you can manage your orders under the My Jobs tab.
